Rhoslyn Anderson has pursued a life of dance by consistently attending classes, teaching fellow dancers, and performing for various communities throughout life’s journey. This has given her the opportunity to share and learn from audiences in Alaska, Oregon, Montana, and New York. Her love of dance is rooted in movement and connectivity. Through dance humans explore the strength, tension, flexibility, and fluidity of their own bodies, while simultaneously learning to emote and share their souls with others. The greatest treasure of dance is the community formed from such genuine expression. Rhoslyn often says, “You don’t really know someone until you have seen them dance.” Until we shed the expectations of how to move or how to be in society, we will never truly share our genuine selves.
